1. Chair’s comments
 
1. To resolve to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 S85(1)
 
2. Members Declarations of Interests:
a. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct
b. Dispensations:  To consider and grant dispensation to relevant members in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct   
 
3. Minutes of the last meeting (16th October 2024) to be approved as a true and accurate record of the meeting. 
    
4. Public bodies (admissions to meetings act 1960 exclusion of the press and the public: to
resolve that in accordance with Section 1(2) of the public bodies (admissions to meetings)
act 1960 and by reason of the confidential nature of the remainder of the business the
press and public be excluded.
 
5. To discuss a staffing issue that has arisen. To make recommendations to council.
 
6. To discuss and resolve the reply to the existing applicants of the Clerk role.
 
7. To discuss and resolve the advertisement for the role of the Clerk/proper officer and timescale for the campaign providing it is in accordance with the IR recommendations which we may or may not accept at full council.
a. to discuss and resolve a draft job description and contract of employment providing it is in accordance with the IR recommendations which we may or may not accept at full council.
 
8. To discuss and resolve the advertisement, contract of employment and job description of an RFO providing it is in accordance with the IR recommendations which we may or may not accept at full council.
 
9. To discuss and resolve the advertisement, contract of emplyment of an admin assistant/hub co-ordinator and job description for 16hrs pw and 2hr pw for the hub role providing it is in accordance with the IR recommendations which we may or may not accept at full council.
 
10. To discuss and resolve the recruitment of a second handyperson.
a. To discuss and resolve the advertisement of the handy person role
b. To discuss and resolve the job description and contract of employment providing it is in accordance with the IR recommendations which we may or may not accept at full council.
 
11. To discuss and resolve not to take any further action until the completion of the internal review.
