You are summoned to a Conference Call of Metheringham Parish Council Staffing Committee which will be held on Tuesday 31st March 2020 at 19:30.

31st MARCH 2020
Purpose of the Conference Call, to determine staff measures during Covid 19 measures.
1. Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 Exclusion of the Press and the Public: To resolve that in accordance with Section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 and by reason of the confidential nature of the remainder of the business, the Press and the Public be excluded from the Meeting.
2. To resolve the Council omit the need for 3 days’ notice of meetings in accordance with LALC recommendations regarding Covid 19.
3. To resolve the decisions taken by the Council / Committee during the Conference Call are legally binding in accordance with LALC recommendations regarding Covid 19.
4. To resolve staff furloughing (or not) during Covid 19.
5. To resolve staff duties (if any) during Covid 19.
6. To resolve the next steps regarding staff communication regarding Covid 19 measures.
7. To resolve to defer the appointment of the Assistant to the Clerk during Covid 19.
