You are summoned to a meeting of Metheringham Parish Council Finance Committee, which will be held in the Parish Council Offices, 15a High Street, Metheringham on Thursday 28th November 2019 at 09:00.

28th November 2019
1. To resolve to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 S85(1).
2. Members Declarations of Interests:
a. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct.
b. Dispensations: To consider and grant dispensation to relevant members in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct.
3. To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 9th August 2019.
4. Grant Awarding Policy:
To review and approve the draft grant awarding policy for recommendation to Council.
5. NHS Building:
To consider a budget of £10,000 for moving the offices to the former NHS Building.
6. Budget requirements 2021:
To receive an updated budget review and to consider and make recommendations to Council in respect of financial requirements for the financial year 2021.
