1. To elect a Chair of the Finance Committee
2. To resolve to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 S85(1)
3. Members Declarations of Interests:
a. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct
b. Dispensations: To consider and grant dispensation to relevant members in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct
4. To note the approval of the minutes of the General Purposes and Finance Committee held on 17th January 23 are to be approved by the General Purposes Committee
5. To agree the recommended Terms of Reference for the committee
6. To review the Financial Regulations and resolve any recommended change to present to full council (as requested by the General Purposes Committee on 6th June 23)
7. To review the financial reports and accounts to date
