1. To elect a Chairman of the Finance Committee
2. To resolve to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 S85(1).
3. Members Declarations of Interests:
a. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct.
b. Dispensations: To consider and grant dispensation to relevant members in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct.
4. Clerk/RFO Report:
a. Schedule of Income
b. Schedule of Utility Contracts
5. To review the Financial Risk Assessment
6. Overview of the Council’s spend against budget to date
7. To note budget proposals from Working Groups
8. Virement of monies: to agree virement of funds as agreed at the Parish Council Meeting 23rd July 2019
9. Internal Auditor: To agree to retain the current Internal Auditor for the current financial year 2019/2020.
