AGENDA
1. Chair comments
2. To resolve to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 S85(1)
3. Members Declarations of Interests:
a. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct
b. Dispensations: To consider and grant dispensation to relevant members in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct.
4. To discuss the submission of pre planning MUGA form to NKDC.
5. To discuss whether a fact-finding exercise should be undertaken in respect of the Windmill building located in Metheringam and a meeting with the owner.
6. To receive an update on the installation of the new benches within the Parish.
7. To consider repairs and maintenance required to the Road Sweeper.
8. To consider PAT testing / Electric Safety Checks to Parish Council buildings.
9. To discuss suspected Asbestos located at the Swimming Pool.
10. To discuss Asbestos located at the Allotments.
