You are summoned to a full council meeting of Metheringham Parish Council, which will be held in the Parish Council Office, High Street, Metheringham, LN4 3DZ on  Wednesday 30th October 2024 at 6.30pm. There will be a public forum at 6.15pm prior to the meeting where members of the public, County and District Councillor’s together with any other members of public bodies present can make short statements to the committee.

2.    Welcome Cllr June Gwillym to the meeting

3.    1.To resolve to accept apologies for absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 S85(1)

1.    Members Declarations of Interests:
b.    Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct
c.    Dispensations:  To consider and grant dispensation to relevant members in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct
d.    Members are reminded to review and revise their declaration of interest form held by NKDC where any change of circumstances have occurred   

4.    To ratify the minutes from the 25th Sep 2024 and 9th October 2024 meetings

5.    To review any matters arising (which are not agenda items) together with action items previously noted

6.    To ratify the recommendations of the staffing committee: to replace the existing Proper Officer/RFO staff structure with a Proper Officer Clerk employed for 16 hours a week (in a withdrawn role); an Assistant Clerk employed for 16 hours a week with a further 2 hours for Hub support. The outsourcing of wages and HMRC work to remain.

7.     Pavilion: compatibility of a Solar panel installation into the heating system.

8.     Dilapidated condition of the Civic offices.

9.    Memorial Gardens maintenance.

10.    Addition to the standing orders to allow the formation of Working/Task and Finish groups to be formed.

11.    Pavilion notice board replacement.

12.    Temporary Clerks list of questions

13.    Update on the formation of a Neighbourhood Plan.

14.    Air ambulance detail to be included on the PC Website
