NOTICE
You are summoned to the Full Council Meeting of Metheringham Parish Council, which will be held in the Parish Council Office, High Street, Metheringham, LN4 3DZ on Wednesday 27th November 2024 at 6.30pm. There will be a public forum at 6.15pm prior to the meeting where members of the public, County and District Councillor’s together with any other members of public bodies present can make short statements to the committee.

Chair’s opening remarks
1. Brief explanation of the meeting contents.
To resolve to accept apologies for absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 S85(1)
3. Members Declarations of Interests:
a. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct
b. Dispensations: To consider and accept dispensation request recieved by the Temporary Clerk to relevant members in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct.
c. Members are reminded to review and revise their declaration of interest form held by NKDC where any change of circumstances have occurred.
4.To ratify the minutes from the 20th November 2024 meeting (if available)
5.To review any matters arising (which are not agenda items) together with action items previously noted
a. Remaining relevant agenda items unaddressed from the 30th October 2024 meeting
6. Christmas Market Stalls request from the Star and Garter
a) Christmas Tree + Lighting
7. Financial information
a)Swimming pool: from the Acting RFO: that we can send the swimming pool an invoice for the outstanding amount of a loan
they had for installing underwater lighting when the refurbished the pool.
There treasurer has had the figures and not come back to me so I assume he agrees them, so if council would agree the f figures that will be another job off the list.
