METHERINGHAM ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

The meeting will be held remotely via Video Conferencing due to Covid 19 and not being able to meet in line with Government guidance on group gatherings and social distancing.
Should members of the public wish to join the meeting you will need to contact the parish clerk in order to endeavor connectivity.

1. Welcome and Introductions.
2. Apologies for absence.
3. Notes of the last Annual Village Meeting held on 30th April 2019 to be approved and signed as the minutes.
4. To receive a report from the Parish Council Chairman - Councillor Sally Wilson.
5. To receive a report from the County Councillor - Councillor Rob Kendrick and a short Q & A session.
6. To receive a report from the District Councillors - Councillors Nick Byatt and Laura Pearson and a short Q & A session.
7. To receive reports on Parish Council activities during 2019-2020 and 2020-2021, and key priorities for 2021-2022.
8. To receive a reports from Village Organisations.
9. An opportunity for residents of Metheringham to raise matters relating to the village.
