a meeting of Metheringham Parish Council Events Committee, which will be held in the Parish Council Office, High Street, Metheringham, LN4 3DZ on Thursday 22nd June at 6.30pm. There will be a public forum at 6.15pm prior to the meeting where members for the public can make short statements to the committee.

2. To resolve to accept apologies for absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 S85(1)
3. Members Declarations of Interests:
a. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct
b. Dispensations: To consider and grant dispensation to relevant members in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct

6. To review the spend against budget for the Events Committee so far
7. To consider maximum number of stalls, their locations and deposit scheme for Fayre and Feast
8. To consider expenditure for advertising for the Fayre and Feast including volunteer recruitment
9. To consider expenditure for entertainment for the Fayre and Feast
10. To consider expenditure for competitions and prizes for the Fayre and Feast
12. To receive update on road closure status and signage for the Fayre and Feast
13. To discuss incentives for recruiting volunteers
14. To arrange medical assistance be present at the Fayre and Feast
15. To arrange lorry back for Fayre and Feast
16. To complete risk assessment for the Fayre and Feast
17. To discuss future agenda items
