AGENDA
1. To elect a Chair of the Events Committee
2. To resolve to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 S85(1)
3. Members Declarations of Interests:
a. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct
b. Dispensations: To consider and grant dispensation to relevant members in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct
4. To approve as a correct record, the minutes of the meeting held on 17th April 2023
5. To receive an update from the working party meeting held on 24th April 2023
6. To agree the recommended Terms of Reference for the committee
7. To elect non-council members onto the committee within the remit of the Terms of Reference
8. To receive feedback on the King’s Coronation Event held on 7th May 2023
9. To discuss and resolve a theme for this years Fayre and Feast event being held in October 23
10. To agree road closure details including dates, times and locations for the Fayre and Feast 23
11. To discuss future agenda items
