You are summoned to a Meeting of Metheringham Parish Council which will be held via Conference Calling which will be held on Tuesday 30th June 2020 at 19:30.
Prior to the official start of the meeting a public forum of not more than 15 minutes will be held if required. The public may address the council between 19:15 and 19:30 on current matters, or issues which may become future agenda items and your attendance is also requested during this period.

1. To accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 s85(1).
2. Members Declarations of Interests:
a. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct.
b. Dispensations: To consider and grant dispensation to relevant members in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct.

9. Financial Matters:
a) Annual Return year ended 31 March 2020:
i) To consider, approve and sign Section 1 — Annual Governance statement 2019/2020 To consider, approve and sign Section 2 — Accounting Statements 2019/2020.
To consider and approve publishing the approved signed Annual Governance Statement and Accounting Statements along with documents for the exercise of public rights on the parish website.
b) Proposed Extension to the Car Park, Prince's Street:
i) To decide on what is to be included as part of the project
To consider the quotations received from Architects to provide a design and specification for the works.
To discuss and agree to go ahead with the project.
To discuss and agree how the Council are to engage with the community further regarding the project
v) To consider and resolve a maximum spend for the project.
vi) To consider and resolve movement of monies already ring-fenced for a Pavilion Project to new headings; or consider funding.

11. Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 Exclusion of the Press and the Public: To resolve that in accordance with Section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 and by reason of the confidential nature of the remainder of the business, the press and public be excluded.
