You are summoned to an Extra Ordinary Meeting of Metheringham Parish Council which will be held by a Conference Call on Wednesday 12th August at 18.00.

1. To accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 s85(1).
2. Members Declarations of Interests:
a. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct.
b. Dispensations: To consider and grant dispensation to relevant members in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct.
3. Extension to the Car Park, Prince's Street: To dispose of the resolution made at the meeting 30th June 2020; agenda items 9b) i and 9b) iii, and to resolve to revise the car park extension to a maximum of 49 spaces that retains where possible or relocates where feasible the existing play equipment.
4. Role of the Architect: To consider and resolve the role of the Architect for the extension to the Car Park project.
