You are summoned to a Meeting of Metheringham Parish Council which will be held via Conference Calling which will be held on Tuesday 28th July 2020 at 19:30.

Prior to the official start of the meeting a public forum of not more than 15 minutes will be held if required. The public may address the council between 19:15 and 19:30 on current matters, or issues which may become future agenda items and your attendance is also requested during this period.

1. Chairman's Remarks

2. To accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 s85(1).

3. Members Declarations of Interests:

a. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct.

b. Dispensations: To consider and grant dispensation to relevant members in accordance with Metheringham Parish Councils Code of Conduct.

4. To approve the notes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Tuesday 30th June 2020 and the Extra Ordinary Meeting held on Friday 17th July 2020. (circulated with agenda).

8. Noticeboard in the War Memorial Garden: To consider and resolve to relocate the noticeboard to Prince's Street Car Park.

9. War Memorial Garden Works: To consider and resolve to form a Task and Finish Group and appoint members; to refurbish the Garden and finalise the work on the History Boards.

10. Strollers: To consider allowing use of the Community Hub on Friday mornings, due to GLL no longer supporting the use of the Pavilion.

11. Financial Matters:

a) CCTV: To consider the quotations received to relocate the CCTV system to the Parish Office and resolve to move the equipment. (attached)

b) Shared Data Platform: To consider the quotations received for a Shared Data Platform and resolve to proceed. (attached)

c) Public Conveniences/Pavilion: To consider the quotations received for the cleaning of the Pavilion and Public Toilets plus opening and closing of the Public Toilets. (attached)

d) Events / Christmas Tree Lighting: To consider and agree an amount of E500 for Christmas Tree Lighting Event.

e) Accounts for Payment: To consider and approve the accounts for payment (circulated with agenda).
